Plot Fees

Tenancies run yearly from 1st April to the 31st March. Fees are due on the 1st April each year and must be paid within 30 days.


Full and half plots will require an initial deposit of £50, to be refunded on leaving the site as long as the plot is left in a reasonable state.

*Community beds are let in pairs, tenants may have upto a maximum of 4 beds (2 pairs), tenants in the community beds area will be considered first for vacant full and half plots before the waiting list.

Plot holders taking on a plot after the end of September will receive a 50% discount on the plot fee for the year.

All plotholders (both single and dual tenants), regardless of plot size, are expected to pay towards yearly Associate Membership of the National Allotment Society which is currently (October 2025) £3.50 per annum. The Association will register them with the NAS so that they can make use of the benefits listed below:
